Why we make it this way

Who makes this

A developer raising kids builds and runs it alone. It is not a company; it started with things our own kitchen table needed, and the person who will use each tool sits right there, so we know the same evening whether it was built well.

How the concept pages are written

Textbook sentences are not copied over. Each page goes one-sentence definition, everyday analogy, the places students actually get confused, then check questions. Links between concepts were checked against the 2022 revised national curriculum notice and NCIC achievement standards, and math pages record a review date and sources. Every concept page has an error-report link.

How to use it at home

When a problem gets stuck, walk back through the prerequisite concepts on that page, and look ahead at what the next semester connects to. Concept pages and courses open without a login, so there is nothing in the way of sitting down next to a child and reading together.
